Mr. Sam Davies
Since 1975 Sam Davies has, apart from his involvement in Paladin SA, developed for his own account seven community and neighbourhood shopping centres in Sydney and New South Wales, Australia, as well as four commercial buildings and three industrial complexes in Queensland and New South Wales.
He is currently engaged in a residential development in Sydney and a 250 unit eco-tourist island development at Forster, New South Wales.
He also developed an Action Cricket Arena in Randburg (1997) and an Action Cricket Centre and Office Complex in Centurion (1999).
Mr. Davies assumes responsibility for acquisitions, concept development and feasibilities as well as liaison between funding partners and institutions.

Ms. Andrea Robertson
Ms. Robertson practised as an attorney, specializing in commercial work, for 12 years before taking an MBA degree at the Graduate School of Business at the Stellenbosch University. She then entered the corporate field, initially for five years as legal counsel for Monex Limited, developers of Century City, a 250-hectare mixed use development 10km from the Cape Town CBD, and she has acted as Managing Director of Paladin Development since 2003.
Ms. Robertson assumes overall management and systems control of the various projects managed by Paladin and is the development leader and chief liaison for each consultant team appointed by any of the developer syndicates.
