To allow home owners to "grow into" their
houses, Paladin decided to create the popular starter
pack - in essence, it is the same Barberton or Pilgrim
house, but smaller (see Pre-Approved Building Plans)
with plans already approved by Heartland, to permit
an extension at a later stage when it suits your life-style
and your pocket.

Building Packages for Greenstone

Not only has Paladin Development SA
(Pty) Ltd, serviced and landscaped each beautiful plot
at Greenstone Hill Ext 11 and 12 (plus shortly to follow,
Ext 14 and 15), its sister company, Paladin Homes also
offers Building Packages. If You are interested in building

The way it works is as follows:

Paladin, being familiar
with the Architectural and Landscaping Guidelines
to which all homes have to conform on the estate
instructed a renowed firm of architects Ivan B Sive
and Moffett Architects to design 9 beautiful homes
to cover each market segment and ranging from 1.5
Million to R2.5 Million. Please NOTE that the prices
exclude the price of the Erf, and building package
prices are subject to change. |

just the plan of your chosen home from us

you contract with Paladin
Homes to build your home. |

If you chose Paladin as your home
builder, a lot of the pain and hassle of building
a home will be taken care of for you.(please see
summary of services offered as part of the package

Contact Realty Footprint who have
been appointed by Paladin to assist you in completing
the Building Contract. |

If you want to change certain
internal finishes, we will also assist you with
that process. There will be an extra cost of which
you will be fully aware BEFORE you sign any contracts. |
